💸 Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with MeinWell. We want you to love your purchase and feel completely confident shopping with us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund or exchange.


💚 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used wellness/massage devices

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Sale or clearance items (if stated as “Final Sale”)


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
If your item arrived faulty, please contact our support team with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.


🧾 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@meinwell.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund the product promptly.
